Once, in a sleepy little village cradled by green hills, there lived a young woman named Elara who dreamed in colors too wild for her quiet world. By day, she baked bread and frosted cakes in her family’s bakery, her hands steady but her heart restless. By night, she climbed to her rooftop to watch the stars, her favorite being a flickering blue one she called The Wanderer. It seemed to pulse like a heartbeat, as if calling her somewhere she had never been — or perhaps reminding her of something she had always known.

The spark of adventure was lit the day an old woman appeared in Echo Hollow, her gnarled cane tapping a rhythm that seemed to echo secrets from a world beyond. He called himself Caspar, and he carried a battered journal filled with cryptic maps and sketches of impossible things: a phoenix in mid-flight, mountains swallowing the moon, and a canyon that breathed like a living thing. That night, under the village lanterns, he spoke of the Whispering Canyon — a place where the earth would murmur your deepest truth if you dared to listen.

Elara couldn’t sleep. The thought of that canyon — itched. What was her deepest truth? Did she even want to know? The next morning, before the sun kissed the hills, she tied her mother’s lucky…
